What is the return policy?
As all our products are freshly prepared and made to order, we aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 working days Monday - Friday
However, the maximum processing and delivery window is 12-15 days from the date of order confirmation.
- In the unlikely event that an order is not delivered within 15 days, customers may reach out to us to request a refund, which will be reviewed and processed accordingly.
- Once an order has been successfully delivered within the stated timeline, refunds are not applicable.
- If you have any concerns or dissatisfaction regarding your order, we encourage you to contact us directly. While refunds may not be possible in such cases, we assure you that we will make every reasonable effort to assist and resolve the concern to the best of our ability.

When will I get my order?
At Churro Atelier, all our products are freshly made to order. We do not keep ready stock, as our products are delicate in nature and crafted to prioritise quality and health. Despite being freshly prepared, our products carry a shelf life of up to 30 days when stored as advised.
Once an order is received, we typically begin processing it within 1–3 working days, which includes preparation and dispatch. We do not outsource any part of the process everything is made in-house to maintain quality, freshness, and hygiene.
After dispatch from our end, orders are usually delivered within 1–5 working days, depending on the delivery location and courier service timelines.
We appreciate your patience and understanding, as this made-to-order approach allows us to deliver products that are fresh, carefully handled, and prepared exclusively for you.
Where are your products manufactured?
All our products are manufactured entirely in-house. We do not outsource any part of the process from raw ingredient handling to the final product.
Whether it’s almond butter, brownies, base mixes, or finished products, everything is prepared under our direct supervision.
We follow this approach to maintain strict control over quality, hygiene, and ingredient integrity. By producing everything in-house, we ensure that no unnecessary chemicals or preservatives are introduced at any stage.
From ingredient processing to final packaging, each step is handled internally, keeping health, freshness, and consistency as our top priorities.

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
